Maths Term 3

WALT count forwards  and backwards 0-100 and 100 - 0. SUCCESS CRITERIA I can go 0 1 2 3 up to 100 and then 100 99 98 97 to 0 without stopping.

STUDENT VOICE " I can count to 100 and back to 0".

Written Language Term 3

WALT write an interesting story.SUCCESS CRITERIA I have written my ideas in complete sentences and used interesting words.

Skipping Term 3

WALT skip forwards and backwards.

SUCCESS CRITERIA I can turn the rope and jump at the same time.

STUDENT Voice " I am really good at skipping and I can go fast". 

Technology Term 3

WALT use recyclable materials to design a toy.

Maths Term 2 Measurement

WALT measure length.

SUCCESS CRITERIA We can tell how long something is in centimetres.

· * that there are  different kinds of movement - the motion of common objects

·  * that pushes and pulls can make things start or stop moving - the effects of forces on objects

P.E. Term 2

WALT throw and catch a ball.

SUCCESS CRITERIA- We can aim at an object and we know to have our hands up ready to catch the ball.

Writing Term 2

WALT  recount something.

SUCCESS CRITERIA  I have answered some of the ‘W’ questions. 

I went on the bus to the Wigram Airforce museum.  There was a big gun. I saw lots of different planes. On the scavenger hunt we had to find a plane with skis on.

SUCCESS CRITERIA: I can count 1,2,3,4,5 ...... all the way to 100 without missing out any numbers.

Writing Term 1

WALT write a recount about something  that has already happened.

SUCCESS CRITERIA – we will have a capital at the start of each sentence and a fullstop at the end.

Today I went swimming at the school pool. I liked having my swimming lesson. Mr Watkins taught me how to go underwater like a submarine.

Student Voice - I have my capitals and fullstops in the right place. 

Term 1 Reading

WALT use expression and read fluently.
SUCCESS CRITERIA; I can make my reading sound like I am talking.

Student Voice " I know how to read so it sounds like talking".

Art Term 1 2015

WALT draw a self portrait with facial features are included, drawn in proportion and correctly placed.

Success Criteria - I have a mouth, eyes, ears and a nose in the right place.
Student Voice - I have all the right bits on my sketch just like I have on my own face.
